内容・概要
生物物理学会サブグループ「次世代NMRワーキンググループ」では、月末の金曜日に「金曜SPINOFF会」というリモートでの研究発表・交流会を実施しております。
　2024年3月29日に開催する会では、測定結果の処理・解析についてサブグループ内で実施したアンケートの回答のフィードバックを行います。ＮMR測定結果の処理・解析は各ラボ・研究者毎にさまざまな流儀や「常識」があり、初学者(文字通りの方だけではなく、新しい解析に挑むベテランの人も含め)にはわかりづらく、多くの罠があるプロセスと思います。今回はアンケート結果のフィードバックを通じてデータ処理・解析のノウハウを共有いたします。通常はサブグループメンバーのみで会を実施しておりますが、今回は来年度の活動企画についても告知を行いたいと考えておりますので、メンバーではない方もご参加いただけます。皆様のご参加をお待ちしております。

Next generation NMR working group in Japan Biophysical Society hosts a remote research presentation and networking event called the "Friday SPINOFF Meeting" on the last Friday of every month.

At the meeting scheduled for March 29, 2024, we will provide feedback on the answers to a survey conducted within the subgroup concerning the processing and analysis of NMR measurement results. The NMR data processing and analysis vary significantly across different labs and researchers, with each having its own set of practices and "common knowledge." This can be confusing for beginners (not just literal beginners but also experts attempting new analyses), as it is a process fraught with many pitfalls. Through the feedback on the survey results, we aim to share knowledge on data processing and analysis. In addition, we would like to announce our activity plans for the next year. While these meetings are usually exclusive to subgroup members, we are opening this meeting to non-members as well. We look forward to your participation.
