いつも大変お世話になっております。日本生物物理学会事務局です。
さて、IUPABご参加を検討されている方へ、ご入会についてのお知らせです。

●ご入会手続きにつきまして
ご入会につきましては、入会金・初年度会費のお振込みが必要となります。
事務局でご納入が確認できた後に会員番号をお知らせしますので、ご注意ください。
なお年会へのご登録をお急ぎの場合には、会員番号欄に0000000とご入力の上、入会手続き中として、ご登録いただけます。
＊なおシステムの都合上、ご入金を確認できるのは、お振込みの翌日以降です。
＊学生会員の方は、ご入会時に大学院生としての学生証画像データが必要です。


●今年度大学4年生（準会員）、かつ年会開催時大学院生となられる皆様へ
IUPAB2024では、ご登録→開催が年度をまたぎますので、下記のようにご対応ください。
（1） まず年会のご登録を完了してください。
会員番号記入欄へ「0000000」とご入力いただくことで、ご入会手続き中としてご登録可能です。
（2）4月以降、大学院生としての学生証が配布されたのち、ご入会お手続きを行ってください。
学生会員としてご入会いただく際には、大学院生としての身分を証明できる学生証が必要となります。学生証を受け取られた後、ご入会申請・入会金1,000円の振込みを行い、ご入会手続きを完了してください。（事務局でお振込みを確認後、会員番号等をお送りします。）

The Secretariat of the Biophysical Society of Japan would like to provide information about joining IUPAB to everyone considering membership.

●Enrollment Procedures
To become a member, the payment of the enrollment fee and the first-year membership fee is required. Please note that you will receive your membership number after payment is confirmed by our office.
If you are in a hurry to register for the annual membership, please enter 0000000 in the membership number field to register as a member in process.
*For system reasons, we will not be able to confirm your payment until the day after your transfer.
*For student members, a copy of your student ID as a graduate student is required for membership.


● For fourth-year undergraduate students (associate members) who will be entering graduate school in April 2024.

Please take the following steps for IUPAB2024, as your registration to event will span the fiscal year.

(1) First please complete the registration for the annual conference. You can register by entering "0000000" in the membership number field indicating that you are in the process of joining.

(2) By the end of April 2024, please proceed with membership application to the BSJ using your new student ID distributed by your university (see below).

When applying for student membership, a student ID proving your status as a graduate student is required. After receiving your student ID, you will complete the membership application by submitting it along with the payment of the membership fee of 1000 yen. (Once the payment is confirmed by the secretariat, we will send you details such as the membership number.)
