2023年10月5日（木）、6日（金）に東京お台場にある日本科学未来館にてプロテオームデータ解析セミナー「MaxQuant workshop」を開催いたします。MaxQuantは、大規模な質量分析データセットの解析用に設計された定量プロテオミクスソフトウェアパッケージです。今回のワークショップはMaxQuantの開発チームによる利用講習会（英語）です。開発チームから直接使い方を学べる貴重な機会ですので、多くの方の参加をお待ちしております。


We will hold a proteome data analysis seminar "MaxQuant workshop" on October 5 (Thu.) and 6 (Fri.), 2023 at Miraikan in Odaiba, Tokyo. MaxQuant is a quantitative proteomics software package designed for analyzing large mass-spectrometric data sets. This workshop is a training course (in English) on the use of MaxQuant by the development team. This is an opportunity to learn how to use MaxQuant from the development team, and we look forward to your participation.
