第11回ゲノム生物物理学セミナー

暑い日が続きますが、みなさまお元気にお過ごしでしょうか。
今週8/28（2026）に第11回ゲノム生物物理学セミナーを開催する運びとなりましたので、ご連絡申し上げます。直前の連絡となり申し訳ありません。
ゲノム生物物理学セミナーは、生物物理学会のサブグループ「ゲノム生物物理学」（代表：北大・山本、京大・寺川）が主催するオンラインのセミナーです。
ゲノムの複製、修復、転写などの機能がゲノムの立体構造にどのように制御されているかに興味を持つ研究者が集まりインテンシブな議論を行っています。
第11回のセミナーでは、「ゲノム x AI (x生物物理)」をテーマとしておりまして、この分野の第一線で活躍されている研究者の先生方にご講演をお願いしています。

プログラムは以下のようになっております：

14:30-15:00 東光一（情報システム研究機構） ゲノム言語モデルの原理と応用
15:00-15:30 田宮元（理研） ゲノム言語モデルを用いた諸研究の展望
15:30-16:00 坪山幸太郎（東大） TBD
16:00-16:10 休憩
16:10-16:40 中戸隆一郎（東大） 大規模言語モデルを用いたエピゲノム解析
16:40-17:10 舟橋 啓（慶大） 深層学習を用いた画像解析と遺伝子制御予測による生命現象の定量的理解

Dear researchers in chromatin and genome biophysics,

We are inviting the 11th genome biophysics seminar on August 28th, 2026,
online.
The genome biophysics seminar is an online seminar series hosted by the
genome biophysics subgroup (leader: Tetsuya Yamamoto and Tsuyoshi
Terakawa), Biophysical Society of Japan.
This seminar series provide opportunities of intensive discussion between
researchers interested in the biophysics and molecular biology in which the
3d structure and the dynamics of genome regulates transcription,
replication, and other genomic functions.
The theme of the next seminar is “Genome x AI x (Biophysics)”.
We have invited researchers at the cutting edge of this field.
