第10回ゲノム生物物理学セミナー

ご挨拶が遅くなってしまいましたが、新年明けましておめでとうございます。
2026年もどうぞよろしくお願い申し上げます。

3/13（2026）に第10回ゲノム生物物理学セミナーを開催する運びとなりましたので、ご連絡申し上げます。
ゲノム生物物理学セミナーは、生物物理学会のサブグループ「ゲノム生物物理学」（代表：北大・山本、京大・寺川）が主催するオンラインのセミナーです。
ゲノムの複製、修復、転写などの機能がゲノムの立体構造にどのように制御されているかに興味を持つ研究者が集まりインテンシブな議論を行っています。
第10回のセミナーでは、「ゲノム生物物理学と合成生物学のクロスポイント」をテーマとしておりまして、この分野の第一線で活躍されている研究者の先生方にご講演をお願いしています。

プログラムは以下のようになっております：
13:30-13:40 寺川剛（京大） ゲノム生物物理学サブグループについて
13:40-14:10 青木亘（阪大） リボソーム生合成の試験管内再構成とその解析
14:10-14:40 新冨圭史（理研） 分裂期染色体の試験管内再構成: ヌクレオソームの役割を読み解く
14:40-15:10 水内良（早大） RNAの実験進化系で生命の起源に迫る
15:10-15:20 休憩
15:20-15:50 大関淳一郎（鳥大） 合成ゲノムから読み解くセントロメアとヘテロクロマチン形成
15:50-16:20 米澤直央（近大） マウス卵子内に注入した長鎖DNAは組織化されたクロマチン構造と機能を有する人工核を形成する

Dear researchers in chromatin and genome biophysics,

This email is the invitation to the 9th genome biophysics seminar will be
taken place on March 13th, 2026, online.
The genome biophysics seminar is an online seminar series hosted by the
genome biophysics subgroup (leader: Tetsuya Yamamoto and Tsuyoshi
Terakawa), Biophysical Society of Japan.
This seminar series is to provide opportunities of intensive discussion
between researchers interested in the biophysics and molecular biology in
which the 3d structure and the dynamics of genome regulates transcription,
replication, and other genomic functions.
The theme of this seminar is “Crosspoint between genome biophysics and
synthetic biology” and we have invited researchers at the cutting edge of
this field.
