第9回ゲノム生物物理学セミナー 開催のおしらせ

8/29（2025）に第9回ゲノム生物物理学セミナーを開催する運びとなりましたので、ご連絡申し上げます。
ゲノム生物物理学セミナーは、生物物理学会のサブグループ「ゲノム生物物理学」（代表：北大・山本、京大・寺川）が主催するオンラインのセミナーです。
ゲノムの複製、修復、転写などの機能がゲノムの立体構造にどのように制御されているかに興味を持つ研究者が集まりインテンシブな議論を行っています。
第9回のセミナーでは、「DNA修復の分子メカニズム」をテーマとしておりまして、この分野の第一線で活躍されている研究者の先生方にご講演をお願いしています。

プログラムは以下のようになっております：

13:40－14:10 高橋達郎（九州大） 真核生物DNAミスマッチ修復がクロマチン上ではたらくしくみ
14:10－14:40 篠原彰（大阪大） RAD51/DMC1/RecAによるDNA鎖間の相同検索・交換の分子メカニズム
14:40－15:10 塩井琢郎（東大） 相同組換えタンパク質RAD51が進行するクロマチン上の二本鎖切断修復の分子機構
15:10－15:20 休憩
15:20－15:50 岩崎博史（東京科学大） Rad51１リコンビナーゼによるDNA鎖交換の分子機構（仮）
15:50－16:20 香川亘（明星大） 構造からその先へ：RAD52が関与するDNA修復機構の生物物理学的視点

Dear researchers in chromatin and genome biophysics,

This email is the invitation to the 9th genome biophysics seminar will be
taken place on August 29th, 2025, online.
The genome biophysics seminar is an online seminar series hosted by the
genome biophysics subgroup (leader: Tetsuya Yamamoto and Tsuyoshi
Terakawa), Biophysical Society of Japan.
This seminar series is to provide opportunities of intensive discussion
between researchers interested in the biophysics and molecular biology in
which the 3d structure and the dynamics of genome regulates transcription,
replication, and other genomic functions.
The theme of this seminar is “Molecular mechanism of DNA repair” and we
have invited researchers at the cutting edge of this field.
