*Friday, 7 March 2025, 12.00 hrs - Email regarding the first login to the new system (scheduled for 17 March) you will not be able to log in to this website or the online membership information management system. Please note that the new system will not be available for logging in to the online membership information management system from this website.


会員各位

現在ご利用のオンライン会員情報管理システム（e-naf）が新しく変わります。
新システム（clara）は、2要素認証やWAFの採用により、これまで以上に安全な運用が可能となります。

【システム移行の予定】
2025年3月7日（金）12時　旧システム（e-naf）をクローズ
2025年3月17日（月）　新システム（clara）をオープン
2025年3月17日（月）　新システムへの初回ログインに関するメールを送信

システム詳細、重要なご案内につきましては、会員のみなさまへ3/5正午頃メール配信を行いましたので、ご確認ください。


Dear Members

The current online membership information management system (e-naf) will undergo a new change. The new system (clara) will be more secure than the current system, thanks to the two-step authentication and WAF.

【Migration plan】
Friday, 7 March 2025, 12.00 pm: The current system (e-naf) will be closed.
Monday, 17 March 2025: New system (clara) will open.
Monday, 17 March 2025: An email will be sent to each of the society members regarding the first login procedures to the new system.

For system details and important information, please check the email sent to members at noon on 5 March.
