At first, the cells rotated in pH 7.0 buffer, and their rotation directions were CCW. At around 0:23, we exchanged the buffer for pH 6.5 one. Therefore, the cells started to switch their directions. At around 1:45, we returned the buffer to pH 7.0, and their directions also returned. In 2015.04, at Osaka Univ.
