This is mycomycete cell where the gene encoding multiple nuclearized myosin is deleted. Most of cells are moving at a random. But, sometime, you can also observe special phenomena of traction-mediated cytofission in the mutant cells. In this case, many protein of GFP-mutant S1 are bound with cytoplasm due to traction from two destroyed cell fragments.
